The planned contact workflow records the information a visitor supplies, the inquiry category, originating page and audience context, submission timestamp, routing snapshot, and notification status.
Website analytics
The website records public page requests, IP address, approximate IP-derived location, device category, browser, operating system, referring page, and timestamp for security and audience reporting. Automated crawlers are filtered where identifiable. Location estimates can be inaccurate, and unique visitor totals represent distinct IP addresses rather than known individuals. Analytics records are restricted to authenticated administrators and are automatically removed after the configured retention period.
Administrative safeguards
The build requires restricted administrator access, protected sessions, encrypted integration credentials, audited configuration changes, and no silent deletion of inquiry records.
